I understand everything defined within CompTIA’s (A+) & (Network+) standards, but I still wanted to list out some of the things I can practically accomplish in the real world.
I hope this gives any future employers an idea of my relative skill level as a newcomer in the field of I.T.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

PC assembly & basic repair.<\/td>Chose correct hardware for a system: (RAM, CPU, Mobo, PSU, etc).<\/td>Port Forwarding & assigning static IP’s.<\/td><\/tr>
Format storage drives.
Use correct file systems for different situations. <\/td>		Automate simple tasks in Task Scheduler.<\/td>Use Windows utilities like Event Viewer, Performance Monitor, etc.<\/td><\/tr>
7 Step malware removal.
<\/td>		Adjust basic firewall rules and granular rules. <\/td>Create a NAS.
Create network shares & modify permissions.<\/td><\/tr>
Basic printer maintenance & cleaning (Laser, Inkjet, Thermal).<\/td>Troubleshoot common hardware, display, storage, printer & network issues.<\/td>Create basic RAID arrays & monitor their health\/status.<\/td><\/tr>
Clone\/migrate systems into new hardware. <\/td>Fix and install drivers.
Backup & upgrade firmware.<\/td>		Manage a system using SSH. (Windows, Linux)<\/td><\/tr>
Create basic scripts.
Create intermediate scripts with help from an AI.

Create a network printer.
Troubleshoot common printer errors, spooler problems, etc.<\/td>		Adjust PATH variables for specific applications. <\/td>Configure advanced router settings. (QoS, power level, conflicting channels, etc.)<\/td><\/tr>
Implement basic security practices.
Create an isolated guest network for IoT devices.
Use physical and logical security best practices.
Enforce principle of least privilege on PCs & phones.<\/td>		Troubleshooting Windows
– Identify bottlenecks.
– Research symptoms.
– Application issues.
– Boot errors, safe mode.
– Startup repair, reimage.
– Slow boots, slow system.
– BSOD & black screen.<\/td>		Fixing security problems
– Block\/unblock FQDNs in hosts.ini file.
– Remove pop-ups.
– Fix browser redirections.
– Identify malware symptoms.
– Use last known good configuration.<\/td><\/tr>
Document complex issues and add them to a personal knowledge-base. <\/td>Properly dispose of hazardous materials (printer waste, batteries, etc).<\/td>Use a hypervisor for a VM. <\/td><\/tr>
Crimp\/create different types of cables: (T568A\/B, Crossover, Loopback, etc).<\/td>Do binary math, VLSM subnetting, and calculate Network\/First Host\/ Broadcast\/Last Host addresses.<\/td>Statically assign IPv6 addresses w\/ EUI-64.
Use\/configure Teredo.<\/td><\/tr>
Configure DHCP scope, assignment settings, and leases.<\/td>Navigate DNS records.<\/td>Manage NAT tables.
Manage routing tables.
Manage ARP tables.
Use Wireshark. <\/td><\/tr>
Chose the correct cable for a given circumstance: (Bandwidth, shielding, cable jacket ratings).
